Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center, it cannot be modified, canceled, or recalled.

Retail orders are automatically transmitted to our fulfillment center through our secure order processing system shortly after they are placed. Because fulfillment begins immediately, we are unable to stop or make changes to an order once it has been submitted.

If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at puzzlesthatrock@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been submitted to our fulfillment center, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once submission has occurred, no changes or cancellations can be made.
