We’re excited to get your puzzle to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping details for retail, custom, and wholesale orders.

Retail Orders

Processing Time

Retail orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free Shipping – Enjoy FREE standard shipping on retail orders of $50.00 or more (before taxes and after any discounts).
• Flat Rate Shipping – Retail orders under $50.00 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.
• Delivery Timeframe – Once shipped, most retail orders arrive within 4–7 business days.
• Tracking – You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom Orders

Custom puzzle orders require additional production time. Please allow 10–12 weeks for production and delivery unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be provided when your order is placed.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are generally processed within 2 business days of being submitted and typically ship within 1 business day after processing. Once shipped from our fulfillment center, most wholesale orders arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping charges for wholesale orders are calculated separately and are not eligible for the retail free shipping offer. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at puzzlesthatrock@gmail.com. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
